The Termite Monitoring System is a less expensive way to help you rest easy about termites invading your most important investment. With this inexpensive alternative to termite treatment, Blythe Pest Control, Inc., will monitor the exterior soil of your home on a quarterly basis using several small noninvasive monitoring stations placed around the exterior of your home. In addition, we will perform a full interior and exterior termite inspection annually. During the course of the quarterly inspections, should termite activity be discovered, we will talk with you about the cost of your treatment options. The monitoring system is a less expensive, POISON FREE way to help determine if your home may have termites, therefore avoiding costly and possibly unnecessary preventative treatment.

Blythe Pest Control, Inc. does not guaranty that a termite infestation will not occur using the termite monitoring system. This system is intended only for the purpose of detecting termite activity around the exterior soil of your property. Blythe Pest Control, Inc. will not be held responsible for any structural damage that may occur due to termite infestation prior, during or after the termite monitoring system is installed, in addition to any structural damage not detected during any visits in areas that are not visually accessible due to wood piles, stored items, cabinets and shelving or storage sheds on the exterior walls, exterior siding, brick and block, patios, porches, sidewalks, carports or concrete slabs, dense vegetations, cluttered conditions or any other conditions that will not allow visual inspection or physical inspection on the properties' exterior.
The Termite Monitoring System is not intended for the eradication of termite infestation, it is intended only for the use of detecting termite activity around the exterior soil of your home. If termite activity is discovered, Blythe Pest Control, Inc. will talk with you about the cost of your treatment options.
